Levels of Service / Hourly Rates - effective Jan. 1, 2016

1) Occasional: Onsite or Remote Service: $85 per hour
2) Contract: 5-hours per week (6-month duration): $55 per hour
3) Contract: 10-hours per week (6-month duration): $45 per hour (Limit 2 per client)
 

Pre-Pay Rates

1) 10-hour pre-pay rate: $75 per hour
2) 20-hour pre-pay rate: $65 per hour
3) 30-hour pre-pay rate: $55 per hour
